John used to have his own business. The business was growing, so John brought in a partner that screwed John over. He lost his business and then his home. At the time of this interview, John and his wife have been on the streets homeless in Philadelphia for six months.
They panhandle and do odd jobs to survive. John says they are struggling day to day. John says outreach is promising employment and housing, while he hasn’t seen anything yet, John feels they are moving forward off the streets.
